Reflect, Learn, and Improve are principles that have guided my 15-year career in the third sector. In 2020, I founded RLI Consulting to share my expertise with the wider NGO community, helping organisations maximise the impact of their work with marginalised communities. As a specialist in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), I have partnered with organisations such as Plan International UK, Oxford Policy Management, and the Aga Khan Development Network, delivering actionable insights to improve outcomes for underserved populations. My work spans economic development, human rights, and climate action for Amnesty International UK, Global Witness, and the Clean Air Fund, amongst others.

 

I specialise in conducting both formative and summative evaluations, designing MEL frameworks, and performing organisational assessments to enhance evidence-based decision-making. With expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, I use techniques such as statistical analysis, key informant interviews, focus groups, and participatory workshops to generate actionable insights. I also provide tailored MEL training across diverse topics, from designing theories of change and developing indicators to data collection and analysis. Additionally, I support organisations in aligning their communications materials with impact data, ensuring clarity and consistency in demonstrating their results.

 

Throughout my career, I have been committed to empowering organisations to achieve their missions through evidence-based approaches. Whether delivering large-scale programme evaluations, facilitating learning processes, or building internal capacity through training, I work collaboratively to ensure sustainable impact. My passion for combining data-driven insights with practical solutions is matched by my dedication to helping organisations thrive. I hold a BA in Law from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in International Relations, Economic, and Development from SOAS, University of London.
